Four Modern Manufacturing Units

We operate four advanced production facilities located across key industrial regions of China, including Zhejiang, Anhui, and Jiangxi provinces. Each unit is outfitted with modern automated machinery and strict quality controls to ensure uniform output and efficient manufacturing processes.

Large-Scale Production Capacity

Together, our facilities achieve an annual production capacity of 100,000 metric tons, placing us among the largest EPDM granule producers globally. Covering more than 60,000 km², our manufacturing infrastructure is built for expansion and optimized to support large-volume, continuous production demands.

Raw Materials

Exceptional product quality begins with carefully selected imported raw materials. We source premium-grade rubber compounds from trusted international suppliers, with every batch undergoing strict in-house testing before being approved for storage and production.

Matching Accessories

Our fully automated, computer-controlled dosing systems ensure precise allocation of auxiliary materials. Accurate formulations guarantee color uniformity, stable performance, and consistent quality across every production batch.

Rubber Internal Mixers

Equipped with multiple high-performance rubber internal mixers, our facilities deliver efficient and stable mixing operations. This advanced equipment ensures smooth production workflows and guarantees on-time fulfillment of every order.

Squeezing

Our automated packaging system supports a wide variety of bag sizes and formats. With computerized weight control, each package achieves higher accuracy and consistency, reducing material loss and improving efficiency.

Cutting into Blocks

The material is precisely cut into uniform blocks, allowing complete and even vulcanization throughout the rubber during the curing process.

High-Temperature Vulcanization Oven

Using an advanced high-temperature vulcanization method, our process is environmentally friendly and energy efficient. Compared to traditional curing techniques, it delivers significantly enhanced vulcanization performance and product quality.

Cooling Process

A controlled cooling stage is applied to stabilize material properties, ensuring optimal performance and improving overall product uniformity.The material is precisely cut into uniform blocks, allowing complete and even vulcanization throughout the rubber during the curing process.

Granule Cutting

Once properly cooled, the material is processed into granules with consistent shape and size, maintaining stable quality throughout the batch.

Sieve Filtration

The granules are screened through multiple precision mesh filters. Oversized particles are automatically reprocessed via conveyor cutting to strictly meet customer size specifications. An integrated dust-removal system ensures the finished granules are clean and virtually dust-free.

Packaging

Our automated packing lines accommodate various bag types and sizes. Computer-controlled weight systems deliver precise measurements for consistent and accurate packaging.

Pallet Packing

Using fully automatic palletizing equipment, products are stacked efficiently and uniformly. This standardized process prevents pallet collapse and ensures stability during transportation.

Warehousing

After packaging, products are transferred by forklift to our dedicated warehouse facilities. With a total storage area of 25,000 square meters, we offer both indoor and outdoor warehousing to meet diverse customer requirements.

Loading & Delivery

Our experienced logistics team carefully loads and secures each shipment to maintain packaging integrity. Even after extended sea transportation, goods arrive neatly stacked and well protected.
