Thank you for using our app. This policy outlines the terms under which payments made through our app can be cancelled or refunded. By making a purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.

2. Service Description

Our app offers digital features for customizing court visuals. Upon free registration, users gain access to 2 courts with basic functionality (coloring and branding options).

To access additional premium features, including 24 predefined EPDM court layouts and more court designs, users must make a one-time payment of INR 1000.

3. Payment and Access

• Payments are processed securely through Razorpay.
• After a successful payment, premium features are unlocked immediately.
• Payment is linked to the user’s account (via email login or Google sign-in) and is non-transferable.

4. Cancellation Policy

Digital products are delivered instantly upon payment and therefore cannot be canceled once access to premium courts is granted.

We do not support cancellation of orders after the payment is successful and access is granted.

5. Refund Policy

• As our service involves instant digital product delivery, we do not offer refunds after the payment is successfully processed.
• We encourage users to explore the free features (2 unlocked courts) before deciding to purchase premium access.
• In case of duplicate payments or unauthorized transactions, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction. Refunds for such cases will be reviewed and processed at our discretion.
