• TopFloor does not store any card, UPI, or banking details.
• Payment failures, disputes, or refunds will follow Razorpay’s policies.

7. Intellectual Property

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate user accounts that violate these Terms at our sole discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TopFloor shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our app or services.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Gujarat, India.
